Research Study on the Quality of Life of Women with Disabilities in Vojvodina was conducted in 2011 in cooperation with the Research and Education center TIM and organizations of persons with disabilities.
The aim of the study was to research obstacles women with disabilities are facing in their environment. It was organized so that it covered current fields of operation of …IZ KRUGA – VOJVODINA organizations, such as economic empowerment, reproductive health and protection from violence and discrimination.
Women experiencing disability often encounter social, physical, cultural and economic barriers preventing them from obtaining appropriate healthcare services, education and employment.
The long-term aim of this research was to instigate new projects and increase the number of initiatives contributing to improvement of the quality of life of women with disabilities.
